Who organizes the CCC Games?
The CCC Game Office has one contract position and three year-round full time staff who plan and organize all of the events, special events, venues, officials, schedules, marketing materials, budgets and sponsorship programs for the September Games. The Games Staff report to a Board of Directors throughout the year. There are also 100 Primary Volunteers who take on key roles and help with the execution of the Games each year. Participating companies also provide up to 1,500 volunteers to help with the on-site duties such as registration, results, course marshals, etc.
