Who or what was the Master prior to organizing the “Road Rovers?
He was Professor Shepherd who headed up the Shepherd Research Laboratory until one day General Parvo kidnapped the Professor’s Dog (Scout) and forced Shepherd to trade his Dog’s life for his Cano-Mutator technology. But after the exchange, Parvo double crossed and destroyed Shepherd (technically) and his laboratory. Between that time and a year later he was transformed into the Master (glowing eyes, white hair and understands dog talk) Though, how this happened is anybody’s guess (it has yet to be explained officially) But I think (and this is only an opinion) is that during the explosion of his labs some of the genetic transforming chemicals were spilled onto him and mutated him into the Master.
