Who or what is Summit Management Services or “Premier Residential Management”?
A. Summit Management Services (through 2009) and Premier Residential Management (starting 2010) are both property management firms that specializes in the needs of Associations like ours. The Board hires a professional company to serve as our Property Management Company. The Property Management Company provides management services and handles all of the business of the association including; billing assessments, mail, paying bills, supervising contracts, accounting and certain legal requirements and functions.
