The Complaints Response and Information Service is operated by the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA), a voluntary non-profit organization that sets professional operating standards, inspects and accredits retirement homes in Ontario. Not all retirement homes are approved members of ORCA, only those that meet and maintain ORCA’s accreditation standards.
