Who operates the OHRC?
The OHRC is a cooperative effort between ODFW, which owns the facility, and OSU. ODFW and OSU have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for operation and oversight of the OHRC . The organizations share the cost of a Senior Scientist who oversees OHRC research and operations. The Senior Scientist is an OSU faculty member. Management partners include the National Marine Fisheries Service (NOAA Fisheries), the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, tribes and state agencies.
