Who operates the forum?
This forum was started in 1997, by Quang-Tuan Luong, using server, bandwidth, and forum software (Lusenet) provided generously for free by Philip Greenspun to the internet community. Since then, the forum moved to a new server, and migrated to software written by Tom Westbrook. We have now migrated to using the vBulletin forum management software. Additional historical information is available on the site’s main page. Moderators: current forum moderators include Ralph Barker, Ted Harris, and Neil Poulsen.
