Who operates/maintains the ParcelInfo site?

The parcelInfo system was developed by Up and Running Computer Services (UARCS), located in Grand Rapids, MN. UARCS also provides maintenance of the site code, search scripts and feature sets. Each participating county is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of their data sets. You can check the timeliness of the data set by looking at the “data dates” in the upper right corner of each screen. UARCS bears no responsibility for the accuracy of county data, it merely converts the data into a searchable, web friendly format.
