Who offers good PADI Open Water Diving Courses in Thailand?
Crystal Dive Resort on Koh Tao is great. It’s exclusively for divers and usually you can get a great package for your open water certification. The room is usually comped if you enroll in one of their courses. Although there is an abundance of opportunities for similar dive centers on the island. It was the cheapest in Thailand and I believe the world to get certified on Koh Tao, it may have changed in the past two years but I doubt it. Pick up Lonely Planet Diving and Snorkeling Thailand (Islands and Beaches) for the best info and also up to date info on the Tsunami relief if you’re planning on taking a course on the Western coast.
