Who needs to register for GCER?
Anyone who wishes to attend or participate in the conference sessions, guest speakers and/or the Autonomous Robot Showcase needs to register for the conference package. Anyone on a Botball or Beyond Botball team who wishes to participate in their respective tournament needs to register for the conference package. If you wish to participate in the full conference you must be registered through the Botball website AND through the conference center website. People who ONLY wish to view the tournament sessions and/or purchase a la carte tickets do not need to complete the Botball online registration form or the conference center registration. However, your access to the conference center will be limited to the area where the tournament is taking place and you will not be able to purchase meals in the cafeteria. The center will have a snack bar set up near the tournament room where lunch can be purchased each day from 11:30 am – 2 pm.
