Who needs to register as a lobbyist with the City of Miami?
City of Miami Ordinance No. 11469, codified in Chapter 2, Article VI of the Miami City Code states that any person who receives compensation, remuneration or expenses for conducting lobbying activities needs to register as a lobbyist with the City Clerk, prior to engaging in lobbying activities before city staff, boards, committees and the City Commission.
