A. All landscapers regardless of contract dollar amount and construction contractors who wish to bid as a subcontractor for one million dollars or more must be pre-qualified. Information and the form are available at NJDOT’s Construction Services site. Subcontractors who do not intend to bid on contracts in excess of one million dollars need not be pre-qualified.
