Who needs to go into DOI LEARN first to set up supervisors/alternate approvers or the Employees Profile?

Supervisors or employees can log into DOI LEARN and update their profile. The employee needs to log in to select their supervisor’s name OR the supervisor/alternate approver log in and choose the employees in their profile under “Supervisor’s Students” box so they can manage and run reports on them. It doesn’t matter who logs in first. It is an either/or scenario.
