All mentors (principal investigators, co-investigators, study coordinators, residents, interns and other research support personnel) involved with enrolling research subjects, performing research procedures or otherwise working with the student on their research project and the student are required to complete the CITI. • Will IRB approval and completion of CITI training allow the student to be included as a co-author/ investigator/presenter (e.g., poster presentations) on publications or at conferences/meeting? Yes it will allow the student to be included on publications and in presentations. • Is CITI training a one time only or does it have an expiration date? CITI training is good for 3 years.
