Who needs to be informed when an external speaker or group has been invited to talk on campus?

Any individual or group that is not affiliated with York University and has been invited to speak on campus is considered an External Speaker. Event organizers should email the name of the speaker along with a biography to the Local Reservation Agent and copy the information to tempspac@yorku.ca .
