Who needs/gets a Resource 25 client account?
Only a small number of people need the Resource 25 client. They need the client because they manage space and requests on the Resource 25 system. If you think you need an account, please email a request to webmasterR25@csumb.edu. Be sure to include your name, phone, email address, and organization. If your request for an account is approved, the Resource 25 administrator will: 1) Request to have the Resource 25 client installed on your computer. The request will be routed to the client installation expert. 2) Contact you to arrange training in the use of the client. Training is required before you can use the client and is done after the client is installed and usually done one-on-one in your office. 3) Give you your username and password. This is usually done when your receive your training. Important Notes The Resource 25 client can only be installed on CSUMB computers and requires Windows 2000 (there is no Macintosh client).
