Who needs clean clothes?
Sue Dannert, Sedona. Last August, my husband and I traveled with 11 other Sedona residents to South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia on an Overseas Adventure Travel tour. On our flight from London to Johannesburg, South Africa, we were given a note by the flight attendant on our British Airways flight saying my luggage would not be there when we arrived. Three other individuals did not receive their luggage, either. We tried to fill out lost-baggage forms, but the person taking our information was not able to comprehend us. In addition to my clothing, my bag held a lymphedema pump that I use as a result of radiation from breast-cancer treatment. The camp personnel tried unsuccessfully to get through to British Airways but were not ever able to get a response. My husband lent all his extra clothes to those of us who had none.
