Who needs business building insurance?
If we are talking UK then anyone who owns or rents business premises needs buildings insurance, which covers many risks as well as the building such as third party liability, loss of rent if the premises are damaged etc. Owner occupiers of premises will insure it themselves. If renting the landlord will insure and recoup the cost from the tenant(s) of the building.
