Who needs an FEI Registration number?
ALL horses, riders, drivers, and vaulters (members of a team in vaulting – only the team as a team, the longeur and the horse must be registered) competing in any and all international FEI competitions, regardless of the star level or location of the competition. Even if the horse has an FEI passport, it must also have an annual FEI Registration number. Registration of riders 17 and under or until the end of the year in which they reach their 18th birthday is required but free of charge.
