Who needs a UCR NetID?
Students enrolled in a UCR Extension course using Blackboard or Moodle need a NetID to access their courses. UCR Extension class instructors will need a NetID to use Blackboard or Moodle and may obtain a NetID to use the campus wireless network. UCR Extension students enrolled in courses which use campus services such as the wireless network may also obtain a NetID. All students enrolled in the International Education Programs need a NetID. If you are in one of the above groups, UCR Extension will send you an e-mail with the information needed to set up a UCR NetID account. Temporary NetIDs are available for conference attendees who need to use the campus wireless network.
