Who must submit the enrolment request?
The enrolment request must be submitted to the NHPD by an officer or employee of the Trading Partner entity who is authorized to sign and transact on behalf of that Trading Partner. This individual is considered the “Primary User” in the NHP Online System. For Sole Proprietorships, the name proprietor would be the Primary User to submit the enrolment request.
