Reporting FDO on the pay and leave usage forms on a monthly basis is a requirement for the following exempt and non-exempt status employees for the entire furlough program period (August 2009 thru June 2010): Bargaining Units 2, 5, 7, 9 (CSUEU) Bargaining Unit 3 (CFA) 10 and 12-month assignment employees only Bargaining Unit 4 (APC – Academic Professionals of California) Management (except MPP Sworn Police Officers and MPPs in the Health Center) Confidential (C99) Non-Represented (E99) – at Cal Poly, includes Casual Worker; Helper/Aid; Research Fellow; Special Consultants; Instructional Faculty-Extension Non-Credit (excluded if self-support non-state funded)
