Who must recertify?
A. Every Connecticut referee registered with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) must recertify every year, regardless of grade. You are required to attend a clinic in order to receive your recertification. The specific requirements for grade maintenance are spelled out in the “Annual Renewal Requirements” section of the Referee Administrative Handbook.
