Every student across all Maine schools whose English proficiency is at any point between Levels I through V on either the LAS or the IPT regardless of grade level must participate in ACCESS for ELLs assessment during the April/May 2005 testing window. All four communicative skills domains must be administered appropriate to grade level span.
