Group 2 is the compliance group that must submit a Compliance Card or report compliance online through My State Bar Profile by February 2, 2009. Group 2 is comprised of members with last names H-M (when assigned to the compliance group). Group 2 members who are subject to the MCLE requirement will be sent a personalized compliance card in their December 1 fee statement packet.
