Group 3 is the compliance group that must submit a Compliance Card or report compliance online through My State Bar Profile by February 1, 2005. Group 3 is comprised of members with last names N-Z (when assigned to the compliance group).Group 3 members who are subject to the MCLE requirement were sent a personalized compliance card in their November 15 fee statement packet.
