Who must complete the NJ HOUSE Standard: Content Knowledge Matrix (Form F)?
Teachers who complete the NJ Highly Qualified Teacher Identification Form(s) (Forms A through E) and do not satisfy the federal definition of a Highly Qualified Teacher in one or more core academic content areas for which they have teaching assignments. These are: Veteran teachers: elementary and secondary teachers certified prior to 1985 Middle school teachers (grades 6-8) with an elementary (K-8) certificate who are teaching one or more core academic subjects (are departmentalized) Special education teachers How does the Content Knowledge Matrix work?
