Who must complete the dependent certification?
All employees and retirees participating in corporate-delivered benefits who have one or more dependents enrolled in a company-sponsored health plan must complete the certification process in order to continue dependent coverage. Note: Employees participating in the LM Operations Support (LMOS) and LM Training Solutions (LMTSI) benefit programs will participate in the dependent certification process at a later date. No action is required by these employee groups at this time.
