Any failure to comply with any term of the deferred prosecution treatment plan must be immediately reported to the court, the prosecutor, the patient, and the patients attorney of record (See RCW 10.05.090). Remember, even though the law requires reporting, the client must still authorize disclosure by completing a release of confidential information (See note above).
