Who monitors the Medical Alarm calls?
If you choose VRI for your Medical Alarm Alert System, fully trained professionals, as opposed to volunteers or emergency room personal, will monitor your calls all day and every day. Each of our monitors undergo an extensive 90-day training program which includes classroom and hands-on training as well as work with a mentor. They are required to pass a test at the end of the training period or employement is terminated.
