WHO MAY USE THE INJECTION LOCATOR?
The Injection Locator is a simple compliance tool for everyone to use, all persons with diabetes, Type1 as well as Type 2 may use the Injection Locator for regular and systematically separating subcutaneous insulin injections sites in a given injection area. The Injection Locator is available in one size only and fits everybody, babies (2 inner lines – 2 weeks per area), children, teenagers (4 inner lines – 4 weeks per area), and adults (all 6 lines – 6 weeks per area). The Injection Locator is especially useful in Homecare, Extended Health Care and Hospital environments because of the always changing staff scheduling, with the use of the Injection Locator every healthcare professional or caretaker (i.e. family member) would know the exact location of the previous injection.
