Who May Use the CBAs Lending Library?
Lending privileges for the CBA’s Lending Library are extended to members in good standing of the Colorado Bar Association who sign its Checkout Form and Agreement. What Is the Lending Period? Books, pamphlets, videos and other resources of the CBA Lending Library may be borrowed for a period of three weeks. What Is the Cost of Borrowing a Book or Other Resource? There is no charge for borrowing materials from the CBA Lending Library. However, if the materials must be mailed to the Borrower, a $5 shipping and handling charge will be applied. What Is the Penalty for Late or Unreturned Borrowed Resources? If borrowed materials are not returned to the offices of the Colorado Bar Association within 5 working days of the due date, the CBA may charge the Borrower’s credit card account for the cost of the book, pamphlet, or other resource.
