Who may sign the Corporate Governance Certification and Listing Agreement?
The Certification and Listing Agreement must be signed by an officer of the Company. In order for an officer of the Company to electronically sign these forms, they must have access to the application record. To provide access to an application record along with the Certification and Listing Agreement, select the Manage Users icon at the top of the application and enter the email address of each person that you would like to have access.
