Who may schedule events at the Hall?
Any of the groups affiliated with the Hall (the four traditions plus Buddhist Peace Fellowship) may schedule events at the Hall. Only the group representatives (listed below) are authorized to request dates other than their groups pre-assigned dates, using the procedures described below. Anyone wishing to schedule an event not sponsored by one of the affiliated groups must obtain board approval for the event. In general, only Buddhist events will be considered. A request to use the Hall from any group or individual not affiliated with the Dharma Hall is subject to the following minimum criteria: the date is available and doesn’t conflict with any potential Hall event. the subject of the event must be in harmony with the spirit and philosophy of Buddhist practice. a Hall member shall attend the event or meeting and be responsible for the space.
