Who may perform the work of repairing or replacing a sidewalk, curb, gutter, driveway apron, etc.?
All work which is in the public right-of-way must be carried out by a licensed contractor. Although the property owner may submit the Permit application, the application must be signed by the contractor, the contractor must be listed as the “Applicant,” and the contractor’s contact information (address, phone number, and Contractors License number) must be included.
