Who May Perform Marriage Ceremonies?

0

Couples may solemnize their own marriage (C.R.S. 14-2-109). This does not mean a friend or relative can solemnize their marriage. The only other people who can solemnize a marriage are judges, retired judges, magistrates, Indian tribe officials and clergy. Clergy from out of state need not be registered in Colorado.
