Who may become a member of the DTCC?
Membership is essentially open to anyone with a valid e-mail address. Valid means not a yahoo or hotmail email addresses. Unless the owner feels otherwise. All memberships will need to be approved. However, the intended audience of the list is A) those who make desktop themes (Theme Creators) and B) those who don’t make them, but enjoy downloading them for their own computers (Theme Collectors). Basically, if you have any interest at all in desktop themes, especially if you want to learn more about making them, this is the list for you!
