Who may be a foreign investor in Uzbekistan?
The followings may be a foreign investor in the Republic of Uzbekistan: Foreign states, administrative bodies or territorial authorities of foreign states; International organizations that have been established by agreements or other treaties between states, or those subjects of international public law; Legal entities, any other partnerships, organizations or associations that have been established in accordance with, and are operating under, the legislative acts of foreign states; Individuals-citizens of the foreign state, non-citizens, and citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who permanently reside abroad.
