Who may attend what portions of Association Board meetings?
All owners, and/or their legal representative, are allowed to attend any portion of the board meeting except when they are excluded due to a properly called executive session (from which they can be appropriately excludedsee above). Boards may allow non-owners to attend subject to the governing documents. Owners and their legal representatives and allowed guests may attend, but there is no right to participate in the board process except for the portions of the meeting so dedicated as delineated by Colorado statute.
