Who may apply to elementary magnet schools/programs?
All students who are eligible to attend a Glendale Unified School District elementary school may apply. Students who reside outside GUSD boundaries may apply but must obtain a release from their district of residence. Some grade level restrictions may be in place for certain programs. Additional information is available from the Magnet Office at (818) 241-3111 x457. Students who are homeless are entitled to apply to a magnet program just as any other student. Residency proof requirements do not apply to homeless students who are eligible for enrollment as determined by the Homeless Education Liaison at (818) 241-3111 x283.
