Marabou is managed by one of the best ranch management teams ever assembled. Each has been carefully selected for their knowledge and expertise. General Manager, Rick Lee, comes to Marabou from Hawaii where he managed the famous Outrigger Canoe Club. With his extensive hospitality background including graduate school at Cornell and opening the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Rick will manage Marabou’s fiscal budget and ensure the Ranch is adequately staffed to provide owners and their guests the perfect combination of western adventure and relaxation. Ranch Manager, Chad Bedell and his family live on the ranch. Chad is responsible for maintaining the agricultural duties for Marabou, including fences, irrigation ditches, and supervising the hay operation and cattle, so you don’t have to. This world champion steer wrestler is also available as a Master Guide for trail rides and riding lessons.
