Who manages the facility and who guards the pool?
Nassau has a full-time paid manager and assistant manager who are responsible for operation and daily maintenance. In addition, they supervise the seasonal employees such as the head lifeguard, lifeguards and concession stand employees. Fully trained and certified lifeguards are on duty at all times in the main pool. In the baby pool enclosure, parents must accompany and are responsible for supervising their children.
