Who manages the Estate?
Each villa owner will automatically become a member of the Eden Gardens Association Syndicate, an association established under Mauritian law to own and manage the common parts of the estate and represent the interests of villa & apartment owners in so doing. The Association will appoint an operator to manage these common parts and provide services such as maintenance of the roads, common grassed areas and security. MR will also be a member of the Association until such time as the last unit on the development is sold.
