Who manages the accounting and budget for the HOA?

The annual budget is reviewed and adjusted by the Board of Directors and voted on during the Annual Home Owner’s meeting. Management of funds and all accounting ledgers is done by Riverside Management company located in Kennesaw, Georgia.
