Who manages Pilot Engines warranty program?
Pilot Engines is proud to offer the industry’s leading remanufactured engines and we’re equally proud to personally administer the warranty to back them up. If you have a warranty issue with any of the products you purchased from Pilot Engines, please contact us at 877-599-4806 during normal business hours (M-F 7am-4pm CST) and we will coordinate between the manufacturer, engine owner, and repair facility. If you have an issue outside these hours, please leave a message with serial number and contact information so we can follow up with your concern. You can also initiate repair determination by faxing the engine registration form to us at 877-682-1645.
