Who makes those big mixing bowls on Food Network??

Posted by bill1971, May 19, 2009 at 5:33 PM I’ve seen these large, looks like 6-7 Qt., clear glass mixing bowls used by Guy Fieri, and today, by Tyler Florence on his ultimate BBQ chicken show, (he used several of these bowls today). You would think that FN would slap their name on a lot of this stuff, as there is a ready market for it. (Actually, I’m glad they don’t, as the FN brand is way over-priced). Does anyone know who manufactures those bowls? I can’t find them anywhere. Williams-Sonoma has a “flatter” one that’s 6-7 Qt., but the one that I would like to have is taller. I found a similar shaped Anchor Hocking bowl set, but the largest is only 4-Qt. or so. The heavy-rimmed 7-Qt. bowls that I sometimes see on FN I’ve tracked down as one made by Arcoroc, but I can’t get any info on the taller ones that I see on an almost daily basis. If anyone knows the bowls of which I’m speaking, and has any info as far as where to purchase, I would really appreciate the sharing of that info. Man
