Who makes the final decisions, and on what criteria are they based?
Selections will be made by the Preceptors, the Fellowship Advisory Board, and the Fellowship Program staff based on submitted recommendations, applications, and the interview. The decisions will be based on past professional and academic experience, commitment to furthering the FDA’s mission, the FDA’s current or emerging Agency priorities, and leadership potential.
