Who makes the final decision on the design?
This truly is a community process. The corridor design concepts will be developed step by step with community input all along the way. As we present design concepts, those that are NOT acceptable because of budgetary guidelines, safety guidelines, etc., by ADOT or the Federal Highway Administration will not be presented. The ultimate objective is to work with the community and come up with a design relative to the core values established by the community at the 1st charrette.
