CIAT is a membership based organisation and all decisions are taken by the membership. CIAT has a Council which sets the strategic policy and an Executive Board which implements that policy as the board of directors. Actions are undertaken by members and staff, working together to ensure the implementation of Council directives and meeting of the current and predicted needs of the membership.
