Who makes the decision regarding burial?
A. If you have executed a Health Care Directive, your nominated agent will make the decision regarding burial. Your agent makes all health care decisions including withdrawal of life support systems or authorizing an autopsy. If you have not executed a Health Care Directive, your spouse, children or parents will make a burial decision in that order.
