Personal opinion: Noritz makes the best gas tankless water heater. Rinnai is the next. Noritz installation is very easy. The biggest problem that I run across for any tankless water heater is undersized gas lines. Be sure that your installer runs at least a 3/4″ gas line. The website referenced is not very much help because again it is only opinion.
